Another rebuttal from the "new era" HOA board candidates

The College Green New Era candidates lead by Diane McAlpine responds to the hit piece.

There you see it in writing. Diane McAlpine and her group are promising:

1. No dues increase
2. No outside management
3. Not going to hassle you for parking in front of your garage
4. Not going to hassle you for parking all over the court, like in non marked (no parking? spaces).
   
5. Not going to measure your car to see if it will fit in the garage or not. Huh? Who did that?
   
6. Not going to ask owners to empty out their garage and park their car in there. Huh?

I dunno how they can promise all that. We'll see how long this lasts.

FWIW, what does anyone think about having your garage full of junk and parking outside?

In most of our courts there are only 6 spaces for 9 or 10 houses. If no one used their garages for car parking, well, it'd be really bad. Luckily some people do park in their garage.

Can anyone comment on this?
