Dues payments coupon books are received.

You should have all received a coupon book in a blank white envelope last week or maybe on Saturday.

Looks like junk mail, so watch for that!

This is the payment coupon book from First Bank.

They have a convenient online payment system where you can make your payment online on their website at no cost, even at the last minute and it won't be late- it's posted the same day or on weekends the next business day!

I did have to register my new account number, it's not the same as we used before. But my login credentials for their site still worked.

It's easy and I recommend you try it. Save a stamp!

Personally I get a small pleasure out of not having to put a stamp on an envelope.  Yeah, I realize that is the attitude that is causing the post office to go broke, but I can't be responsible for that!  I am no Luddite.

    1. Heh. Which part?

I'd like some more interesting discussions. If you have any.

  2. I tried doing an on-line payment and it was rejected?

First Bank was unable to process your recent homeowner assessment payment submitted through First Bank’s HOA Online Pay. The payment has been returned to your bank. Any future payments that you have scheduled will be cancelled.

It is due NOW, and I am not sure what to do. I am not sure where the stack of slips and envelopes is.

    Can Anyone HELP??
