Donna Vargas tied with James Yee for the 5th board seat.with 27 votes each.
There will be a written runoff between James and Donna to decide this. You will receive a ballot by mail with Donna and James on it.
Will we see hard campaigning for this last seat, or will there be relative silence? Only time will tell.
