On my front door this morning from the "new era" board candidates:
It looks like they are gonna tackle all the tough jobs. Hmm.
Safer security? Better lighting? Greener landscapes? Better upkeep?
Doesn't all that cost money?
This is a lot of effort being spent running for a volunteer position, don't you think?
And essentially we have seen silence from the old board, except that one hit piece which rebutted what was said by the "New era" candidates. Maybe the old board would rather not win? I suspect being on the board at a HOA is a pretty large hassle.
I'd like to hear from the old board. Why should we elect you instead of the upstarts?
According to the hit piece we all got the "New era" candidates wanted to hire a management company at our expense in the past. But apparently they no longer do.
Is this all true, or after the election will all this change?
What does anyone think about this?
