I got a notice of a special board meeting called by current board president Dean Brown on January 21, 2010. To discuss and adopt new voting rules. Hmm.
What's up with that? Are the voting rules being changed by the old board to hamper the challengers?

I think you're right. I got the notice about the special board meeting but I didn't get the 5 page notice it mentioned. So I don't know what the voting changes are.
